MailChimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, ensuring compliance with European data protection standards.
Collected data: email address (mandatory), optionally name.
Tracking: newsletters contain a web beacon (tracking pixel) to record opens, clicks, time, and technical info. This helps us adapt content to user preferences.
Unsubscribing: you may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter. Once unsubscribed, your personal data will be deleted unless legally required otherwise.
Competitions (Example: “Create your #alpigelati”)
Eligibility: residents of Switzerland, aged 12–112.
Duration: 8 April – 15 June 2019. Voting 17–23 June 2019.
Prize: production of winning gelato flavor by Gelateria dell’Alpi GmbH, exclusive tasting, and delivery.
Winner selection: Top 5 ideas chosen by company, final voting on social media.
Notification: winners notified by email.
Claiming: must respond within 10 days; otherwise prize forfeited.
Legal recourse excluded. No correspondence will be conducted.
